A position has just arisen for an Office and Sales Support Administrator based at our Head office in
Begwary, near Bedford, reporting to the Office Manager. If you are looking to join a dynamic and

Elite Ground Support Services Ltd is a market leading supplier of Non-Mechanical Plant and
Equipment both for Sale and Hire. Servicing the Construction, Civil Engineering and Utility sectors
providing products such as Traffic Management Barriers, Hoarding and Fencing Systems, Temporary
Access Mats and Portable Roadways, Height restriction Kits, Trench Covers and Trench Sheets and
many more.

 

Our ideal candidate would be looking or living in the St Neots or Bedford area; due to the location of
our offices a driving licence would be essential for this role.
As with all administrative roles, it is a varied and reactive role, this would include but not limited to
the following;

 

 Monitoring of the busy team inboxes and responding to customers and suppliers accordingly;
 Creation of Sales orders to our customers and subsequent Purchase orders;
 Communication of the above and booking of transport;
 Collation of proof of deliveries from various transport companies;
 Monitoring of incoming invoices and adding them onto the accounts system;
 Managing the stock for the group; liaising with management to ensure correct levels and re-order
where necessary;
 Month end stock reports for management reporting;
 Month end commission reports for Sales team to be included for payroll;
 Credit control for the group;
 Monitoring of new account application forms, requesting credit limits

 

Therefore, in order to achieve the above, personnel requirements for the role would be;
Previous administration experience, ideally someone who has had experience within an accounts or
sales office, fully conversant with all MS office packages, in particular excel and CRM experience;
ability to work accurately with good attention to detail, being a self-motivated individual and working
on your own initiative, whist being proactive and ability to problem solve. Good communicating skills,
both verbal and written and must be a team player. Full training will be provided, however if you have
experience on the Kerridge K8 or InspHire system this would be advantageous.
