05 Apr Listening Leader (Volunteer)
St Neots 360 Listening Campaign
Location: St Neots
Commitment: Flexible shifts throughout May – October 2026
Type: Volunteer (expenses covered)
About the Project
The St Neots 360 Listening Campaign is a town-wide social action project engaging over 100 volunteers to speak with residents across every neighbourhood in St Neots.
Through three simple questions, the campaign will capture what people love about the town, what could be better and what they want for the future.
This insight will feed directly into a live “Town as a Lab” experience at the St Neots Future Forum, helping to shape a shared view of the town’s future.
The Role
Listening Leaders play a key role in the delivery of the campaign.
You will lead small teams of volunteers during walkabouts across the town, helping to ensure the experience is well organised, positive and effective.
