Citizen Hub – Plant Care Volunteer

Purpose of the Role:
Living things make a space feel alive. You’ll keep the Hub’s plants healthy and thriving — a small job that makes a noticeable difference to how the space feels and functions.

Key Tasks:

  • Water and tend to plants throughout the Hub on a regular weekly schedule.
  • Notice anything wilting, overcrowded or in need of attention and flag it to the team.
  • Keep plant areas tidy and presentable.
  • Suggest new additions or seasonal changes when you spot an opportunity.

Skills & Qualities:

  • Green fingers welcome — but not required.
  • Observant, gentle, and happy with a quiet, purposeful task.
  • Reliable enough to keep to a simple weekly routine.

Time Commitment:
Approximately 1 hour per week (flexible day and time).
