Citizen Hub – Events Coordinator Volunteer

Purpose of the Role:
Support the planning and delivery of events that bring people together — from open mic nights to wellbeing workshops

Key Tasks:

  • Help plan event logistics and setup.
  • Liaise with performers, speakers, or partners.
  • Coordinate volunteers on event days.
  • Assist with promotion and ticketing.
  • Gather feedback and help evaluate success.

Skills & Qualities:

  • Organised and proactive.
  • Enjoys event planning and working with people.
  • Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
  • Good communication and time management skills.

Time Commitment:
Flexible — available on an ad-hoc basis, reactive to events calendar
