13 Oct Citizen Hub – Events Coordinator Volunteer
Purpose of the Role:
Support the planning and delivery of events that bring people together — from open mic nights to wellbeing workshops
Key Tasks:
- Help plan event logistics and setup.
- Liaise with performers, speakers, or partners.
- Coordinate volunteers on event days.
- Assist with promotion and ticketing.
- Gather feedback and help evaluate success.
Skills & Qualities:
- Organised and proactive.
- Enjoys event planning and working with people.
- Able to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- Good communication and time management skills.
Time Commitment:
Flexible — available on an ad-hoc basis, reactive to events calendar
