Citizen Hub – Business Outreach Volunteer

Purpose of the Role:
Strengthen local partnerships by connecting with businesses about venue hire, collaboration, or sponsorship opportunities.

Key Tasks:

  • Research and contact local businesses who might benefit from working with the Hub.
  • Support the creation and distribution of business packs.
  • Represent the Hub at local networking events or meetings.
  • Track outreach efforts and share feedback with the team.

Skills & Qualities:

  • Confident communicator with a friendly, professional manner.
  • Organised and proactive with follow-ups.
  • Interest in community, business development, or networking.
  • Basic computer literacy (email, spreadsheets).
  • Friendly and approachable when liaising with employers and representing the Citizen Hub.

Time Commitment:
Expected hours per month: 5-10 

Can be remote, in person or hybrid position.
