05 Apr Citizen Hub – Admin Volunteer
Purpose of the Role:
The organisational backbone of the Hub. You’ll keep the day-to-day running smoothly — because when the paperwork works, everything else can too.
Key Tasks:
- Keep the volunteer roster accurate and up to date.
- Track basic attendance and engagement across Hub sessions.
- Support simple bookings, enquiries and scheduling.
- Keep documents organised and accessible to the team.
Skills & Qualities:
- Organised and detail-oriented.
- Discreet with information.
- Comfortable with Google Docs, Word or similar tools.
- Reliable and self-sufficient once shown the ropes.
Time Commitment:
2–3 hours per week (flexible day and time).
