Citizen Hub – Admin Volunteer

Purpose of the Role:
The organisational backbone of the Hub. You’ll keep the day-to-day running smoothly — because when the paperwork works, everything else can too.

Key Tasks:

  • Keep the volunteer roster accurate and up to date.
  • Track basic attendance and engagement across Hub sessions.
  • Support simple bookings, enquiries and scheduling.
  • Keep documents organised and accessible to the team.

Skills & Qualities:

  • Organised and detail-oriented.
  • Discreet with information.
  • Comfortable with Google Docs, Word or similar tools.
  • Reliable and self-sufficient once shown the ropes.

Time Commitment:
2–3 hours per week (flexible day and time).
